This was a perfect way for students to learn and take a break from traditional note taking. They are more engaged, making connections and having some fun while learning. Great resource! Thank you.
BRANDI C. –
I loved how even though I am teaching social studies, the students are getting much needed reading practice through the passage, working on citing text evidence, and on comprehension in using the text evidence in the passage to answer questions related to the passage. Anything I can use to help my students with their reading skills while still teaching them the required material is a HUGE help!

My students love whenever we get to do a color by number activity like this. I have students read together first and then answer the questions and then color. It’s really engaging for my students and it makes them really focus on the reading and it’s a great way to have them practice annotating.

Color by number is a great way to reinforce information. I also like that the students have to find the information in the passage and mark it some way.
