61 reviews for Constitutional Convention ESCAPE ROOM – Reading Comprehension – US Constitution

  1. Jacie H. –

My students enjoyed reviewing the Constitutional Convention with this activity. It broke up our week a bit and gave them something more fun than another day of notes.

  2. Catherine L. –

This was a helpful resource to use with my students to review the unit on the Constitutional Convention. The kids were engaged and racing from station to station to try to win.

  3. Alisha T. –

We used this as a review activity. Our school had a parent visitation day where parents go to school to experience what their student does. This was a great activity to engage both parents and students. They got to collaborate together. The puzzles were challenging, but not too difficult. Overall, great activity!

  4. Rachel D. –

I’ve used many escape rooms from this seller in different courses. I think they are an engaging way to introduce new topics without being too detailed from the beginning.

  5. Mr Reynolds Store –

The resource was good. I was able to easily use it in my classroom.

  6. Kali C. –

LOVED THIS!!! My students are SOOOO competitive and they were working so hard to complete the escape room first. I loved how the stations were set up and how they had to do multiple things at each one and the final piece to solve the code used their previous knowledge from the stations.

  7. Amanda H. –

My students were really engaged with this and had a lot of fun working through the codes. I do wish that there was maybe a bit more connection between the codes and the reading pieces as I realized a lot of students were rushing through the readings just to do the codes.

  8. Juliann D. –

This is great for Constitution Day or after teaching the American Revolution. Keeps students very engaged and working hard to solve the puzzles.

  9. Kelly R. –

I love using escape rooms! It gives a chance for students to get up and move, while still focused on content. Additionally, students who were absent were able to complete the activity from home.

  10. Lauren Cannon –

My students loved this! Awesome resource! Thank you!

  11. Crissy B. –

This was a fun activity to do on Constitution day!

  12. Richard P. –

This was just what I needed as far as an interactive activity for my 8th grade students. It was a good little supplemental activity.

  13. stevi girouard –

Great assignment! It was fun for my students to do and mixed up taking notes everyday.

  14. Hannah W. –

I used this activity during a “Grandparent/Special Persons Day” in which my students had guests in the room with them. I wanted an engaging activity that still went with our study of the Constitution and this was perfect. The students had fun and were engaged the whole time while working with their guest. They were able to complete the activity in about 30-40 minutes (with the hints printed on the back of the clues in case they got stuck). I will definitely use it again in the future!

  15. Madoka Mason –

My students were engaged to work through the escape room.

  16. Letitia B. –

My students love to participate in the escape room format provided by this product. The readings passages engaged the students and the codes that need to be deciphered work for grades 4-8. It is fun and educational.

  17. Kelley S. –

    Great resource!

  18. Liz P. –

I used as a formative and they enjoyed the varied challenges in the puzzles.

  19. Kristina B. –

This is an engaging and thought-provoking activity. I (and my students) loved it.

  20. Happier Teaching with Hickman –

This escape game did NOT disappoint. It was a great way to learn about the Constitutional Convention.
