Morgan Jones –
My students enjoyed this activity and most importantly, it was easy for me to prep for them. I had them work in small groups to complete the tasks. I did not have to make an adjustments for my special education students.

This was a lot of fun. And the readings that accompanied the assignment were very useful.
Emma Callegari –
I used this as a fun reward lesson for my students’ good behavior! They loved being able to work together and be competitive. I gave candy and bonus points to the winning group. It was a very easy set up for me, and self-explanatory for them. They didn’t even really need me, so I got to catch up on grading while they worked!

I have use several of this author’s products previously, including an escape room. I bought this particular one for my official observation coming up and after printing it and looking it over, I will not be able to use it. It’s difficult for me to decipher a few of these puzzles with the help of the answer key so I know that my struggling 5th grade class will have trouble. I thought about using part of it or answering parts for them, but I just don’t see how I can make it work without my students losing their cool working it out.
Lisa Fink –
If you never gave your students a chance to try, youโre truly missing out ๐ Theyโre smart and will enjoy the challenge.
Jesse F. –
Excellent, engaging activity for homeschool kids. I thought it might be too difficult for 3rd graders, but they jammed right through it and really enjoyed it.
My only feedback is that it would be nice to be able to edit the “Case” scenario (or have an alternate Case scenario) to make it more relevant for smaller groups or even individual students. Also, kind of a nitpick, but I’d prefer the lesson not include reference to specific commercial products (iPad) for us poors who have to use non-Apple tablets.
Ashley B. –
My kids love these! Great practice for them and reviewed the Bill of Rights.
Alyson M. –
Students enjoyed getting to work in teams for the assignment. Allowed students to get up and move around, some found it challenging but with a little help and extra clues they completed!
