This escape room has students decode interesting facts about the Great Depression, Dust Bowl, the Roaring Twenties and FDR. Drag the mouse or keypad to move the screen for a 360 view! All you have to do is share the link with your students!! It’s THAT easy! No prior knowledge is needed.

***STUDENT GOOGLE ACCOUNTS™ REQUIRED FOR USE***

Students will read 4 short passages, then answer questions related to each passage. After correctly answering the questions, they will be given a “clue.” They will then decode 4 puzzles to help them determine the final lock code.

There are 4 sets of color-coded activities. For example, there is a BLUE 4 icon for a reading passage, a BLUE question mark for questions related to the BLUE reading passage and a BLUE controller icon for a puzzle related to the reading.

It is your responsibility to ensure the links will work prior to your purchase. Test these links first on a student account.

  1. malissa F. –

Students enjoyed learning about the Great Depression with this escape room.

  2. Daniel Madigan –

I love it simply because it doesn’t allow students to “google and answer” and requires them to use all of their resources to find the key. It really makes students work and recall.

  3. Molly A. –

I really enjoyed this because it really challenged my students and helped build those problem solving skills. It did take us about 2-3 days to complete this activity but that worked out for us anyways. Students did get a little confused on which tasks to complete first but overall they had a good time trying to solve room. Will be using this for my high school students this year

  4. Mary I. –

We couldn’t do the escape room due to county restrictions. I am sure it is very good.
