Such a great resource to add to enhance our CKLA curriculum. So many of my students are tactile learners and giving them this hands on resource was a great way to promote engagement.

I used this activity with my 3rd and 4th grade gifted students during our study of Medieval Times. It was just the right level of difficulty and they really enjoyed it. It was a super quick lesson to prepare and combined history of the Medieval Times with higher order thinking skills.

I’ve used Think Tank Escape Rooms before, and I LOVE them!!! The prep is INCREDIBLY easy, and the students love them! It took the 6th graders a little longer than my 7th and 8th graders to figure out the codes, but they still loved it!

My students enjoyed working together to complete the task. I would’ve liked a digital component for “breaking out” but most of my students stayed engaged for the entire activity.
